Oh... House of Clouds... This is another top that is sure to not disappoint! This Blue floral print is one of my favorites! Dress is very simple, just ties behind the neck. There is elastic in the back and it is all in great condition. I cannot see any flaws that I need to mention. VGUC, Vintage, Adorable! I have included a stock photo here from Matilda Jane.
